State Issues Conference

Year after year, AHIP's State Issues Conference brings to you thought leaders and experts addressing the regulatory and legislative issues impacting the way the health care coverage is provided.  This year will be of particular interest as the State Issues Conference, October 3-5, 2012 will be held just one short month before the general election.

What will the election mean for health care reform?

Attend this year’s State Issues Conference to hear about changes in the regulatory environment, Exchanges, delivery system reform, and the impact of the general election on health care coverage. AHIP bring to you the thought-leaders, industry experts, health insurance plans, and other stakeholders at the forefront of these efforts.

Who Should Attend?
AHIP welcomes members and nonmembers who are interested in government affairs, regulatory and legislative issues, grassroots advocacy and policy issues at the state level to attend this conference.

Once again this year, health insurance plans and state associations are encouraged to invite their retained, outside counsel to participate in the conference, as they are an important part of the process. Please remember, invited counsel will need to indicate their health plan or association affiliation and provide a contact at the organization when they register.

Special Team Discounts
To encourage your team's attendance, we are pleased to provide a special team offer. Send two individuals and the third team member receives a free conference registration. This is the perfect opportunity to encourage your colleagues to join in this unique learning experience.
