AHIP has booked a block of rooms within several hotels near the “Salt Palace” Convention Center. To book your hotel room(s), please click here to link to the Institute housing reservation site to book your hotel room. Room reservations may NOT be made directly with the hotel. Reservations may NOT be made directly with the hotels.
Rates are available with arrival on Wednesday, June 20 and departure on Friday, June 22, 2012, with limited availability for arrival on Tuesday, June 19 and departure on Saturday, June 23, 2012. The rates are available until Wednesday, May 2, 2012, or until the room blocks are sold out (whichever comes first). Rooms are limited, so we urge you to make your reservations well in advance. The date of May 2 is a guideline, but not a guarantee of availability.

Hotel Cancellation:
All room reservations must be accompanied by a first and last night’s deposit guaranteed with a major credit card. If reservation is cancelled within 21-14 days prior to arrival, the individual will forfeit the deposit of the first and last night’s stay. If reservations are cancelled within 13 days prior to arrival, the individual will be charged the entire length of stay.

Badge Policy
- Government issued ID is required to pick up your attendee badge.
- AHIP requests that you wear your badge at all times while in the conference space. You will need to wear your badge to access the sessions.
- We request that you return your badge to the Registration Desk at the end of conference(s).
