CORE Project Associate

Position Summary: The Project Associate supports the day-to-day activities of CAQH’s Committee on Operating Rules for Information Exchange® (CORE). The Project Associate is responsible for designing and completing research projects and discussion documents; documenting progress against work plans; communicating with CAQH CORE’s participating organizations; working with CAQH’s staff that manage technical consultants; scheduling, providing logistical oversight, and conducting follow-up for meetings. Learning Management Systems Administrator

Position Summary: The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator is responsible for day-to-day management of the CourseStage and TopClass Learning Management Systems. This mission critical role is responsible for ensuring continuous operation of the LMS to serve the learning needs of AHIP, our Compliance Management Platforms (CMPs), and their members and customers. This position works closely with the IS departments, content developers, education & training staff, and customer service areas at each organization and also interfaces with his/her counterparts at these organizations.

Manager, Education, Outreach and Participant Relations

Postition Summary: Plans and manages the CORE education and participant relations activities. Working with the CORE Managing Director, the Manager is responsible to ensure all education, participant relations and outreach activities are aligned with the CORE strategic imperatives, with an emphasis on rule writing, certification and testing, and coordination with other industry efforts. This position will promote, enhance and build the reputation of CORE as the first national heathcare administrative operating rules author and aim to ensure the industry has accessible information regarding the newly mandated operating rules. The Manager will work closely with the CAQH Communications staff, CORE rule writing staff and external consultants to ensure a smooth, seamless transfer of accurate presentation materials.

Project Associate, Sponsored Projects 

Position Summary:  Under the supervision and guidance of the Project Manager for Business Development, the incumbent is responsible for managing and fulfilling sponsor related contractual obligations throughout the contract cycle. This includes the planning and production of sponsored educational programming for both multi-media events and live sessions that support the Association’s Business Development department and other Professional Services division programs. The position will work closely with the Business Development Team and the Professional Education team to ensure quality sponsored educational content is developed in a timely fashion.  Performance and work-style encourages a team-like atmosphere while maintaining individual performance standards and effectiveness.  The position will serve as the primary support for the front desk/ reception area for AHIP.
