This rate is available until Monday, September 24, 2012 or until the room block is sold out (whichever comes first). Rooms are limited, so we urge you to make your reservations well in advance. The date of September 24, 2012 is a guideline, but not a guarantee of availability.
The special rate will be available for check in on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 and departure on Friday, November 16, 2012.
Reservations
To make reservations, call 866.233.4642 and identify yourself as an AHIP Conference attendee.*
All reservations must be guaranteed for the first and last nights’ deposit with a major credit card. Refunds on cancellations will be available for reservations cancelled more than 7 days in advance. Deposit refunds will be forfeited for reservations cancelled within 6 days or less of arrival.
*Note: Organizations requiring more than two rooms will be required to supply all guest names at the time of reservation, as well as supply the room deposits. Cancellations may be made up to one month prior to arrival to receive any refunds.
