Penn Highlands Health Plan

Penn Highlands Health Plan (PHHP) is a Provider Sponsored Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), formed in a joint venture with Conemaugh Health System and Highlands Preferred physicians. Penn Highlands Health Plan offers quality integrated delivery system in the Laurel Highlands region of Pennsylvania. PHHP has a local provider network consisting of 7 hospitals, and 425 primary care and specialist physicans. Its regional provider network includes 50 hospitals and over 4,100 physicians in western Pennsylvania, including high specialty facilities. PHHP can offer access to a national provider network of transplant and other centers of excellence throughout the country. In addition to clinical services, PHHP can arrange for a full line of TPA services.
